⚠️ POLICIES — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Musas Esthetics & Wax Located inside Phenix Salon Suites – Studio 126 ⸻ 💻 ONLINE BOOKING • A 30–50% deposit is required for new clients and select services. • Returning clients: After any no-show or last-minute cancellation, a deposit will be required for future bookings. • New clients must receive confirmation from Musas Esthetics & Wax before their appointment is approved. • A credit card is required on file to secure all bookings. ⸻ 🔄 RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATION POLICY • Clients may reschedule once with the same deposit if proper notice is given. • Less than 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules will forfeit the deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook. • No-shows or late cancellations (under 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to continue booking in the future. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. ⸻ ⏰ LATE POLICY Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late and I cannot accommodate you, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and your deposit may be forfeited. ⸻ 🚫 CHILDREN & EXTRA GUESTS For everyone’s comfort and safety, my studio is a no-child, no-extra-guest space. There is no additional seating available, and we must respect the quiet, professional environment for all guests in the salon. ⸻ 💵 EXACT CHANGE POLICY If paying in cash, please bring exact change. No change will be provided on-site. ⸻ ❌ REFUND & RETURN POLICY • All services are non-refundable. • If you are unsatisfied, please contact the studio within 48 hours to discuss a possible corrective service (offered at the discretion of Musas Esthetics & Wax). • Corrective services will not be offered beyond 48 hours of your original appointment. • For any allergic reactions, irritation, or unusual skin responses, please contact me within 24 hours. Most symptoms will appear within the first day after your service.

Cancellation Policy

❗️CANCELLATION POLICY – Friendly Reminder As outlined in our cancellation policy (which is sent to every client via email after booking), please be aware of the following: • A 50% charge of the reserved service will apply for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice. • The only charge before your appointment is the deposit, which varies by service. This deposit goes toward your total and helps secure your spot. • Clients are allowed to reschedule once using the same deposit if proper notice is given. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to book again. • By booking an appointment, you are reserving my time and space. I deeply appreciate your respect for this as a solo provider 💖 • If a payment fails when charging a no-show or late cancellation fee, your booking access will be paused until the fee is successfully paid.
