POLICIES (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING): ONLINE BOOKING If you're a new client, your appointment request is not approved until you receive confirmation from Wax Drip Atl. A credit card is required to make a reservation and it will be kept on file for future reservations and any fees that may be incurred. Your card will NOT be charged before booking. LATE POLICY Please show up on time for your reservation. There is a 10-minute late grace period. If I am not able to accommodate, your reservation will be cancelled, and you may have to reschedule to a different time or date. LATE RESCHEDULE/ CANCELATION / AND NO-SHOW POLICY If you need to cancel/reschedule your reservation, please notify me within 24 hours via text or by going on www.waxdripatl.com. This will give me time to book another guest in your time slot. Guests rescheduling, no-showing or canceling with less than 24 hours' notice or no notice, will be required to pay 50% of any service(s) in order to continue to book other services in the future. This fee is not refundable or transferable. CHILD & EXTRA GUEST POLICY Our suite are a no-kids and no extra guest's zone. Only allowed guests with appointments. Unfortunately, there are no extra seats to accommodate, and we also have to respect other professionals and their clients' spaces as well. Cancellation/rescheduling policy applies to this policy. EXACT CHANGE POLICY Please bring exact change to your reservation if paying with cash. REFUND & RETURN POLICY All services are non-refundable, but any corrective service is at the discretion of Wax Drip - Wax and Beauty Bar. You have 48 hours to contact the studio if you are dissatisfied with our service. Corrective services will not be allowed 48 hours past initial service date. It is important to contact the studio as soon as possible if you feel that a corrective service is needed. In case of breakouts, allergic reactions and burns that could occur, the client usually notices discomfort same day - 48 hours after the service date. Cancellation Policy
Another friendly reminder: As stated in our Cancelation Policy Form that each client receives through email after booking appointment, no call/no show or last minute cancellation without 48 hour notice will result in a charge 50% of the reserved service amount. No card will be charged before booking appointment. It is important to remember that you are booking for my time. If card declines when charging the no call/ no show / last minute cancel fee, I will be forced to ban from booking with me for any future appointments until payment is complete.
