⚠️ POLICIES (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING) ONLINE BOOKING • A deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Deposit amounts vary by service and will be applied toward your total. • Clients are allowed to reschedule once with the same deposit if proper notice is given. If a cancellation or reschedule request is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required for a new appointment. • New clients must receive confirmation from Musa’s Esthetics & Wax before their appointment is approved. • A credit card is required to be kept on file. LATE POLICY Please arrive on time for your reservation. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If I cannot accommodate your late arrival, your reservation will need to be rescheduled for another day and time. LATE RESCHEDULE, CANCELLATION, & NO-SHOW POLICY Guests who reschedule, no-show, or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice (or no notice) will be required to pay 50% of the service(s) to continue booking future appointments. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. CHILD & EXTRA GUEST POLICY For the comfort of all, my suite is a no-kids, no-extra-guests zone. There are no additional seating options, and we must respect the spaces of other professionals and their clients. EXACT CHANGE POLICY If paying in cash, please bring exact change for your reservation. REFUND & RETURN POLICY • All services are non-refundable. However, corrective services are at the discretion of Musa’s Esthetics & Wax. If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must contact the studio within 48 hours. • Corrective services will not be offered beyond 48 hours of the initial service date. Please reach out as soon as possible if a corrective service is needed. • In case of breakouts, allergic reactions, or burns, symptoms typically appear within the same day or up to 24 hours after the service.
